"Search" or Select the desired event in our "Program" and click on the respective ticket link. You can check immediately whether there are still tickets available for the event you have selected.

Payment method

Payment via credit card as well as shipping of the tickets by snail mail is possible at the most up to seven business days before the event.

Payment via credit card and deposit of the tickets at the box office is possible until approximately 4pm of the day of the respective event and exclusively valid regarding events taking place from Monday to Friday!

Payment of the tickets via bank transfer is possible at the most up to twelve days before the event! This period is required for the bank transfer and shipping of the tickets.

Box office

In the courtyard or foyer

As a rule tickets are available one hour before the concert begins. The box office for events that take place at Muffathalle is located either in the courtyard, directly after entering the premises on the left hand side or in the foyer of Muffathalle itself. The box office for events that take place at Ampere is located in the corresponding entrance area.

Information on ticket sales

Generally, tickets already purchased cannot be returned. In case of canceled events tickets may be returned only at the advance booking agencies or online ticket shops where they were originally bought.

Tickets have to be shown on request. When leaving the location of the particular event the admission ticket expires. Withdrawal of admission tickets is possible only for canceled events within fourteen days and exclusively at the respective advance booking agencies. No liability for property damage and personal injury. Bringing and/or use of: sound and image recording devices / beverages / food / glass containers / cans and weaponry of any sort as well as right-wing extremist emblems is strictly prohibited. Instructions of the regulatory staff must be obeyed at any time. Violations may result in expulsion from the respective venue and criminal prosecution.
