Shearwater + Loma

Dass Shearwater und Loma zusammen auf Tour gehen, wirkt fast wie Vorsehung, da beide Bands nicht nur den Songwriter Jonathan Meiburg und den Produzenten Dan Duszynski teilen, sondern auch aus Austin stammen, bei Sub Pop unter Vertrag stehen und jeweils eine Emily in ihren Reihen haben. Nach jahrelanger Live-Pause kehren die zwei Gruppen und sechs Musiker:innen nun gemeinsam auf die Bühne zurück, um in wechselnden Rollen wie ein Theaterensemble zwei völlig verschiedene Stücke zu inszenieren, bei denen der extrovertierte Indie-Rock von Shearwater auf den pastoralen Avant-Pop von Loma trifft.
